Coach Bags: Every Line Explained
Founded in 1941, Coach first produced men’s small leather goods, while women’s handbags followed later and eventually became the mainstay of the brand. Tabby
The Tabby is a firm-bodied shoulder bag that can equally be worn crossbody, with detachable straps and Signature “C” hardware. The designer Stuart Vevers introduced it in 2019, and its shape was taken from Coach’s 1970s archive. The campaign that launched it, called “Dream It Real”, was reportedly photographed by Juergen Teller. Product listings have included sizes 20, 26 and 36, whereas the core product name is Tabby Shoulder Bag.

The Rogue Family
The Rogue is Coach’s structured satchel, equipped with top handles and a shoulder strap. After its debut on the Fall 2016 runway, it was eventually discontinued and then came back in a 2021 relaunch. The line sits at the upper end of Coach’s leather range, with versions in regenerative leather and exotic skins. The highest Coach bag price observed in 2026 came from a Rogue 25 in alligator, observed at $8,000.
A Made-to-Order Rogue is also offered by Coach, which has reportedly taken about 12 weeks, or around 16 weeks with exotic materials. Coach (Re)Loved, the brand’s own program for resale and repair, has offered restored Rogue bags. Plenty of collectors see the Rogue as a showcase for how far upmarket Coach craftsmanship can go.
The Empire Carryall Line
The Empire Carryall is a long, east-west top-handle bag listed as the Empire Carryall Bag 34. It was shown on Coach’s Fall 2024 runway and put on sale in February 2025. According to reports in the fashion press, it sold out on the day it was released. Softer variants called Soft Empire, including a Soft Empire 40, are different styles from the structured Carryall 34.
The Empire Carryall 34 had an observed price of £475 on Coach’s own online store in the UK. For everyday carrying, the long top-handle shape gives shoppers a more polished alternative to a coach tote bag. When comparing listings, confirm the number that follows the name: 34 and 40 are not the same bag.
The Kisslock Trio: Frame, Dreamer and Barrel
Coach ties the Kisslock motif to the Bonnie Cashin era; the name refers to a frame clasp modeled on vintage coin purses. Be careful not to confuse the various bags that share the term. Described in reports as the opening look of the Fall 2026 show, the Kisslock Frame Bag in glovetanned leather had an observed price of $350. As earlier Kisslock Frame versions also turn up in listings, the family may well predate that show.
The Kisslock Dreamer 21, with quilted nappa leather and rivets, is an older style now seen chiefly as restored or upcrafted pieces through Coach (Re)Loved. The Kisslock Barrel Bag is a Spring 2026 Coach Originals reissue based on a 1973 design. Adding yet another use of the name, a Kisslock Backpack was also unveiled for Fall 2026.
The Swinger, the Swing Zip and The Coach Originals
Consisting of newly made reissues of archive designs, The Coach Originals is a line of bags that are new rather than vintage. Coach traces the original Swinger design back to 1987; today it is a short-strap, zip-top shoulder bag featuring a turnlock. The current version is the Swinger Bag 20, also sold With Chain and in Signature canvas or jacquard. The Swing Zip is a separate Coach Originals bag based on a 1998 design, so the two names are not interchangeable.
Other Originals reported in early 2025 included the Safari Bag from 1968, the Dinky from 1974 and the Hamptons Hobo from 2005. As of 2020, the Coach Originals name was reportedly being used. For anyone who wants an archive look without the wear of a genuinely vintage piece, the line makes sense.
Soho: Bag 25, Flap and Sneaker
Because it covers three different products, Soho is one of the least straightforward names in the Coach catalog. The original Soho Flap was launched in 2006. Instead of being that 2006 bag, the Soho Bag 25 is a smaller, newer reissue, made in materials such as glovetanned leather, patent leather and crystal jacquard. A Soho Flap Bag in regenerative leather has also been listed, and Soho styles belong to The Coach Originals.
Set apart from the bags, the Soho Sneaker is footwear Coach has showcased in 2025 and 2026, and it belongs with shoes and coach clothing rather than handbags. To tell the bags apart from the shoe, try adding “Bag 25” or “Flap” in a search. Since no reliable current price for the Soho bags was captured, consult Coach’s own website before you buy.
Willow, Cassie and Juliet Explained
None of the three lines has a documented launch year, well known as they are, so treat with caution any date you see online. The Willow Tote 24, a Willow Bucket and a Willow Shoulder bag have all belonged to the pebble-leather Willow family. The Willow Tote 24 is a straightforward example of a coach tote bag, and Coach’s own website has also listed a Custom Willow Tote. The Cassie Crossbody Bag 19, fitted with a Signature turnlock and interchangeable straps, is part of Cassie, a crossbody and top-handle design.
Cassie styles have continued to be listed on Coach’s own website under newer style codes. Sold in versions such as the Juliet Shoulder Bag 25 and the Pocket Juliet Bag 30, Juliet is a slouchy shoulder bag in glovetanned leather. Availability changes by season, so check whether a given Willow, Cassie or Juliet style is still current before acting on an older review.
